Determine the lighting control needs and product necessary to meet the requirements. Provide drawings and complete specifications necessary for product procurement and installation
Construction Documentation
Provide all final documentation of necessary plans, drawings and details to be included in biddable set of drawings.
Construction Administration
Site visit(s) to verify all aspects of the lighting and control system against the as-built site or structure.
Final Aim & Focusing
Site visit(s) required to maximize the benefits of the lighting design where adjustable fixtures have been installed. With the correct lamp and accessory in place, each fixture is to be “aimed” or directed in the manner they were intended based on final landscape, architecture, interior, furniture or artwork selections.
Programming
Lighting control programming or scene setting once installation is complete and ready for occupancy.
Custom Design & Fabrication
Communication with contractors as necessary to provide clarification of specification or review alternate submittals.
Product Sales & Installation Coordination
If you’d like us to purchase the product and oversee the installation for a Turnkey job.
